I get consistent thumbs up from the family when I make a Gina Homolka recipe. My husband gave me all three cookbooks for Valentine’s Day:

The Lasagna Recipe is actually my mom’s old recipe. It’s a family favorite!
Sorry about the stained pages. I wrote this recipe down a long time ago, and it has seen better days! Also, I tweaked the way I make it from my mom’s original version. I make three layers instead of two. So in the layering instructions I use 1/3 of sauce and ricotta filling instead of 1/2.
And yes, I have terrible hand writing and apparently can’t spell tomato. 🙂
